1. Program Overview
Welcome to the TradeBazaar Trading Challenge. Participants will be provided with a funded trading account by TradeBazaar. The challenge duration is 5 trading days (Monday to Friday). By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Objective
The winner will be the trader who generates the highest net profit within the 5-day challenge period using the funded account provided by TradeBazaar.
3. Challenge Period
- Start Date: 20 April, 2026 (Monday)
- End Date: 24 April, 2026 (Friday)
- Only trades executed during this period will be considered for evaluation.
4. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Only verified clients are eligible for funded accounts.
- One account per trader is allowed unless officially approved by TradeBazaar.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
5. Welcome Bonus – ₹10,000
- Eligible users receive a ₹10,000 bonus upon successful registration.
- Bonus is for trading purposes only — it cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Profits generated from bonus-funded trades may be withdrawable after meeting minimum volume requirements.
- One bonus per user. Multiple claims will lead to forfeiture and account suspension.
- TradeBazaar reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus offer at any time.
6. Trading Rules
- All trading must be done using the provided funded account only.
- Hedging between accounts, arbitrage abuse, or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated trading systems is not permitted unless explicitly approved.
- Any violation of trading rules will lead to immediate disqualification.
7. Risk Management
- Traders must follow responsible risk management practices at all times.
- Excessive risk-taking or gambling-style trading may lead to account termination.
- Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- TradeBazaar does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. All trading decisions are made at your own risk.
8. Evaluation Criteria
- Final ranking will be based on maximum net profit achieved during the 5-day challenge period (20 April – 24 April, 2026).
- Only closed positions at the end of the challenge period will be counted.
- TradeBazaar reserves the right to audit and verify all trading activity before finalizing results.
9. Disqualification Conditions
Participants will be immediately disqualified for:
- Use of multiple accounts or copy trading from other participants.
- Any attempt to manipulate results or abuse the platform.
- Breach of trading rules or TradeBazaar company policies.
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Exploiting platform bugs or vulnerabilities.
10. Profit & Prize Distribution
- The trader with the highest net profit will receive the announced prize of up to ₹1,00,000.
- Prize distribution will be done after verification of all trades.
- Prizes may be subject to applicable tax deductions as per law.
- TradeBazaar reserves the right to verify and audit all trading activity before releasing prizes.
11. Account Rights
- The funded account remains the property of TradeBazaar at all times.
- TradeBazaar has the right to suspend or close any account found violating these rules.
- Participants may not transfer, sell, or share their funded account with any third party.
12. Privacy & Data
- By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for account management and promotions.
- We will not sell your personal data to third parties.
- You may opt out of promotional messages by contacting support.
13. Limitation of Liability
- TradeBazaar is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from platform use or trading activities.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the bonus amount credited to your account.
14. Modifications
TradeBazaar reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the challenge constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
15. Final Authority
All decisions made by TradeBazaar regarding results, eligibility, disqualification, and prize distribution are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
